Overview

Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1(B)/Surface KD8 Series Pro Modular Door Station
The Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1(B)/Surface is a professional modular door station designed for secure and convenient access control in residential, commercial and business environments. With a surface mounting design, 2 MP fisheye camera and IR illumination, it provides clear video and reliable visitor communication even in low-light conditions.

The door station combines video intercom functionality with flexible access control capabilities. Its single physical call button makes visitor calling straightforward, while support for two-lock control allows it to be integrated into more advanced entrance systems.

Description

The Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME1(B)/Surface provides a practical solution for modern video intercom and door access applications. The built-in 2 MP fisheye camera offers a wide viewing angle, while IR supplement lighting helps maintain visibility when lighting conditions are poor. A built-in omnidirectional microphone and loudspeaker support two-way voice communication.

The unit can accommodate up to 2,000 users and 6,000 access cards, making it suitable for larger access control installations. Standard PoE support simplifies installation by allowing network connectivity and power to be delivered through a single Ethernet connection. It can also provide 12 V, 500 mA power directly to one electronic lock without requiring a separate power supply.
