Features:
1.27-inch wide print head delivers high speed, high quality printing
The GELJET print head design produces high quality output at high speeds.
Each print head holds 1.27-inch long nozzle rows containing 384 nozzles, distributing more ink, faster with each pass.
Sharp image quality on plain paper with Ricoh's fast-drying Liquid Gel technology
GELJET printers use fast-drying, low-permeable, colorfast GELJET Viscous Ink.
Ink that dries so fast upon printing, that you can hand customers documents straight from the printer without worrying about smears or smudges.
Colors remain clear even if exposed to liquid; print will not smudge under highlighter pens.
Get highly colorfast output, ideal for documents that need to stand the test of time.
Small Ink Droplets 2pl with M-Dot Technology
Controlling ink droplets as small as 2pl (1picolotre is 1 trillionth of 1 litre), GELJET printers produce documents containing images, subtle color, finelines, and small print, achieving high resolutions up to 3,600 x 1,200 dpi.
BT System reduces paper misfeeds for more stable printing
GELJET BT system adopts electrostatic transfer belt technology used in laser printers, combining it with paper feed conveyance used for inkjet printers, optimized into a new conveyance system.
Paper adheres perfectly to the belt, propelled forward by the belt conveyance system, overcoming the weakness of inkjets that tends to cause paper jams, for stable printing at 3 mm margins.
* Simulation performed by Ricoh, results of tests performed in other environments cannot be guaranteed.
Robust design ensures minimal downtime
Designed for heavy duty, these printers can be relied for business use.
ECOnomy Color Mode cuts printing costs
Ricoh's innovative ECOnomy Color mode distinguishes between text and images. Text is printed at normal density, leaving print crisp and easy to read, while reducing ink usage for graphics and images. ECOnomy Color Mode is an effective way to keep printing costs down by printing with less ink than usual for about the same cost as black-and-white output.
User- friendly front panel operation
Control panel is positioned in the front of the unit to make power on/off, paper re-supply, ink cartridge exchange, and maintenance easy whether the device is placed on a desk, in a cabinet or under a counter.
