This Mobile rack enclosure implies dual function and dual interfaces.

• For home use, RE251 serves the purpose as a mobile rack.
• When carried, it works like an external enclosure.
• Mounted in a desktop PCs, the insertion bay is the entry for the mobile rack for file transferring.
• 5.25” and 3.5”brackets are available for flexibility. Data storage capacity is up to 120GB or more.

It is definitely a perfect replacement to traditional 3.5 diskette drive. With SATA interface both in external enclosure and insertion bay, RE251 can speed up to 1.5Gb/sec data transfer at home use. As an external enclosure, RE251 can be timelessly attached to any PC or notebook through USB2.0 interface which can speed up to 480Mb/sec. Hot swappable plug and play function truly optimizes portability means. RE251 casts a silver and black blending design on external enclosure. Aluminum encased, the external enclosure is protected with internal metal shielding for excellent EMI control. With integration of home and to-go use, RE250 pursue an innovative definition to external enclosures.
